Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of wafter.ai and the Wafter platform (the "Service"), provided by REALM Cultural Marketing Solutions Inc., doing business as Wafter.ai ("Wafter", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Wafter connects to your existing business systems, builds an operational model and runs automated workflows such as scheduling, reconciliation, quoting and follow-ups.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your data

You keep ownership of the business data you connect. You grant Wafter permission to process it only to provide the Service. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, access it without authorization or use it for unlawful purposes. If you use the Service to message your own customers, you are responsible for having their consent.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described in your order or plan page. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Wafter is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the Service after that date, you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Wafter Notifications

Program description

If you opt in, Wafter sends text messages about your account and operations, such as booking and schedule reminders, operational alerts, account notices and one-time verification codes. We do not send marketing messages by SMS.

How to opt in

Check the SMS consent box on the Wafter sign-up or notification settings page and provide your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using the Service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification settings.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Help

Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
